My elderly and disabled father wheeled in trying to fix his much cared and prized watch, we thought he lost a link but just ended up being a simple thing and the quick, polite, and prompt attendant said i can fix that... She was fast and when I asked her how much, she very nicely did not change him ... I was so happy and will give them any future business. ... Thank you to that kind worker!

my son went in to buy some earrings the other day, when they went to sell them to him they offered a warranty, he politely declined it and they still slipped in the charge anyway. We live 92 miles away from this store so I tried to call and talk with the manager about it and guess what I got the same sales person (Judy) on the phone, she would not tell me when he worked and if I had a complaint call the cooperate office.
