I have to say, I am only giving a 5 star to Betty! She was lovely. I really enjoyed shopping with her. She made it feel comfortable and she let me try on and look at any pieces. Which not only made me feel comfortable buying there and from her but I was pleased with my purchase. I can’t say the same from the first time I purchased there. I love my new Bulova, Marine Star watch. The guys in were patient with me. And they even sized my watch for me before left. Totally satisfied.
My elderly and disabled father wheeled in trying to fix his much cared and prized watch, we thought he lost a link but just ended up being a simple thing and the quick, polite, and prompt attendant said i can fix that... She was fast and when I asked her how much, she very nicely did not change him ... I was so happy and will give them any future business. ... Thank you to that kind worker!
