Went to Fred Meyer Jewelers on Debarr in Anchorage on 13 Dec 2024 at about 10:30. They had 1 employee working and I waited with my 5 yo for over 30 minutes. At that point the manager came out completely ignored me as going outside to smoke a cigarette was more important than assisting a customer. He proceeded to come back inside walk right past without saying a word and went back in his office. He came back out I saw him asked if he could help me he ignored me and just kept walking. The women there are very friendly. Service is excellent. Lots of options to look at.
Not enough mens stuff
The store was closed in the middle of the day with a lot of staff inside having a meeting. Two of my rings were resized accurately, but one was still a little too large. I didn't have them fix it, because it took almost an entire month to get them resized in the first place. I would not use them again.
