That worker I encountered 3/6 afternoon, was quite condescending when I picked up my watch. The worker tried to make grace by her comments which made my visit awful. Hannah on the other hand was very helpful while the other worker side comments with the unruly remarks. Too undignified to called a 'lady '

Went to Fred Meyer Jewelers on Debarr in Anchorage on 13 Dec 2024 at about 10:30. They had 1 employee working and I waited with my 5 yo for over 30 minutes. At that point the manager came out completely ignored me as going outside to smoke a cigarette was more important than assisting a customer. He proceeded to come back inside walk right past without saying a word and went back in his office. He came back out I saw him asked if he could help me he ignored me and just kept walking.
