Shady and inexperienced agents here, not a reputable insurance company.
Not this office in particular but I called to file a claim that my car was hit by someone with this Fred Loya insurance and was told “an agent will call you back.” No calls until I followed up a month later. In the process of getting help now after some minor hiccups. Let’s see.
