Terrible experience at this location with their undertrained and incompetent employee. Plus false advertising to boot. They claim to have bilingual agents, yet the only representative on site spends ungodly amounts of time trying to take care of a simple transaction. She barely spoke a very very broken Spanish, plus she was totally incapable of explaining basic concepts and payment options to non English speaking customers who arrived merely seconds before us.
