I’m honestly really frustrated with my experience trying to add another car to my policy. I didn’t realize it would be this difficult. First, I went into the office around 5:30 PM and it was locked—no one there. There was a sign saying they close at 6, so I figured maybe I just missed them. The next day, I called ahead to confirm someone would be there, and the agent told me yes, they’d be open until 6. I showed up at 5:20… and again, the office was closed. Just came out from getting my car insurance at Fred Loya Insurance in Lincoln Heights and I had the best attention ever. Be sure to ask for Hermilio Columbie! He is the best! He helped me find a great rate for what I needed and went above and beyond regarding hospitality and customer service!
I have their number blocked and I literally find two voicemails per day, Monday thru Saturday trying to sell me insurance. I'd say shady business practices just based on that, avoid otherwise you risk being harassed once they have your number
I have an open case with them right now. I had an accident and i wasn't at fault. They gave me a claim number and an adjuster... but I HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING BACK from them yet and ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. I I BEEN CALLING THE ADJUSTER BUT IT JUST HANGS UP. DO NOT INSURE HERE. I will change insurance as soon as my claim gets settled.
