I’m honestly really frustrated with my experience trying to add another car to my policy. I didn’t realize it would be this difficult. Just came out from getting my car insurance at Fred Loya Insurance in Lincoln Heights and I had the best attention ever. Be sure to ask for Hermilio Columbie! He is the best! He helped me find a great rate for what I needed and went above and beyond regarding hospitality and customer service!
I have their number blocked and I literally find two voicemails per day, Monday thru Saturday trying to sell me insurance. I'd say shady business practices just based on that, avoid otherwise you risk being harassed once they have your number
