Had them for around a year. Ladies in the office have always been very polite and helpful. Never had issues but also never had to file a claim. Ended up cancelling because I got a better quote. Cancelation was very easy, office rep Genesis was a pleasure to deal with.
Bad businesses the company charges you more then they should don't even give full coverage for salvage and no perks. state farm on the other hand gives me 10 benefits and full coverage with it being cheaper. this is too expensive not worth the money I have been with them for over a year and don't recommend this insurance at all
So you call and get a quote. They give you quote. You go in they tell you your 2021 KIA is too old for full coverage because it’s a KIA 🤣🤣🤣WTF more than half the cars are KIA’s on the road
