These people who work in this office clearly don’t know what they are talking about. They are the rudest by far…..An will try and get you to drive hours just to go in and cancel a policy. I by far DO NOT recommend them.

The worst and most disrespectful manager at the New Braunfels location. Everytime I go in i don't feel welcome. Stephanie Meza is a horrible manager. She's rude, disrespectful and never with a smile on her face. She had a new employee that obviously didn't know what they where doing and while he struggled to inform things to us she just sat there with a go to hell look on her face. Very dishonest and unethical business. Do not insured here, they will not help you. Do not get repairs based on their own partnered body shops, they will not repair or even check everything. They will only do the bare minimum. My bumper was hit and they only wanted to pay for the paint and there's a dent in there. No where on the quote did it ever say any labor fees so they will not pay for the body shop's labor and time, only for the bare minimum for the MATERIAL you need. Worst insurance company in the state of New Mexico. They failed to take money off of the right card that was provided to them. Therefore my insurance expired at 12:01 am without my knowledge. On 5/18 . Just my lucky day. I got into an accident at 11:26pm on 5/17 and because I called police at 12:09 am they didn't pay for my car.. this is after the fact that THEY HAD ME GET A RENTAL CAR!
