The customer service over the phone needs a lot of work, I call the claims adjuster had to leave a message a bit over a week ago and I’m still waiting for a response. I called the office where I bought my policy and they picked up right away yet referred me back to the claims department because they don’t have any access to what I need.
Over usage of phone privileges led toome not wanting to utilize their services
