I had a horrible experience with Fred Loya Insurance. In a parking lot some driver backed up into my car and left. When I came back to my car and noticed that someone had hit my car I went up to security and requested to see the video. Security saw the video and told me that they were not able to give me any information. They told me to have my insurance call them and request a copy of the video.
