Bad costumer service. -100 of a 10 Washington and western branch
My car was totaled over 9 months ago (Dec 2022) and the driver who was at fault had Fred Loya insurance. After filling out dozens of forms and calling them every few weeks, I am STILL waiting for my payment from them. I also just received a delinquent registration renewal notice from the DMV (even though I've signed and sent back the form that relinquishes my ownership). I do not advise using this company if ever want to receive your payment.
