RecommendedI have a major fear of dentist but dr Sykes was great. Told me what he was going to do first. Very happy with service
The head Endodontic or only Endodontic has a horrible attitude. Very rude and would not recommend to any one. I was very disappointed, she needs customer service training along with more schooling. Chandra Sykes is a nightmare! I hear her farther is pleasant. For those that know my character know me, and for me to leave a negative review is unusual. I will be also writing a complaint of her practice to the stateboard of how she deliberately hurt my mouth and dug into my gums. This lady is rude and has a nasty disposition.
I hate the dentist and anything involving procedures. I went to Dr. Sykes with a horrible toothache and he told me he would get it taken care of. He was kind, timely, and made sure I was comfortable. I then had to turn back around and go to him again the same day because I was in so much pain and he literally was ready for me when I walked in the door. My child was referred there for a root canal and I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. The assistant was friendly, warm, professional and explained everything from how the procedure would go to what she and the amazing (and funny) dentist was looking at in the x-rays. Extemely high recommendation. Pure professionals that also like what they're doing and it's obvious.
Daughter was referred here and I must say great experience. Dr. Sykes-Smith explained everything as she went and she was so down to earth and made her comfortable.
