I had broken my necklace yesterday and was so heartbroken. I came across this store when I was scrolling through different ones to see which one had the best reviews. I decided to give it a shot and go there. Fred was very kind and understanding when I showed him my necklace and I was worried at first since it’s a delicate necklace.
