I had broken my necklace yesterday and was so heartbroken. I came across this store when I was scrolling through different ones to see which one had the best reviews. I decided to give it a shot and go there. Fred was very kind and understanding when I showed him my necklace and I was worried at first since it’s a delicate necklace. He reassured me and I told him I would be back by 2-3 pm. When I came back at 3, he had already fixed it and only charged me 30 dollars. Needed my ring resized after having two babies, and Fred did AMAZING! We not only got it back within 24 hours, but it’s polished and looks brand new! Couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be going back should I need anymore jewelry repairs.
