I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Last year, two technicians came to my home to move my washer and dryer about two meters so that cleaning could be done. The entire visit took no more than 20–30 minutes. No plumbing work was performed. Over a year later, I suddenly received an invoice in the mail for $543, claiming 4.5 hours of work. I needed the gas outlet in my kitchen capped. Mike arrived right on time and was through and quick. Mike brought to my attention my new stove/oven needed a 220 breaker added and power out. Called Fred Kau Plumbing explained my situation and they sent Brad out right away, power was installed just in time for the arrival of my new appliances. Thank you to the young lady who assisted me and Brad and Mike - you guys simply rock!
We have had an ongoing plumbing issue; we had inconsistent hot water in some faucets and warm water in others. We had many other technicians and plumbers in who couldn't find the problem.
