I will say this, the technicians are amazing. So friendly and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service. My situation was a warranty issue, and Fred Kau was recommended on the supplier website. So I asked them to do the replacement. I should have asked how much they’d charge me because the bill was ridiculous. I feel like I was taken advantage of in a stressful situation.
I often use Josh, Nick and their apprentice Jamie in my building. They are very respectful and know how to do their job well. I would call these guys everytime!
We previously used Fred Kau for plumbing issues and decided to call them again when a new problem arose. The work was completed efficiently, but the billing left much to be desired. It felt excessive and exploitative. During a prior visit a few summers ago, two workers spent a few hours clearing a heavy root buildup.
