Fred was always available to answer questions on any matter. If I left a telephone message he would get back to me within 24 hours. He was very personable and easy to talk to concerning all areas of selling a home. Freely gave advice on subjects that I did not think to ask about. Fred is low key, easy going, knowledgeable, and a real benefactor. In fifty years of dealing with realtors in a dozen states, I've never met a better realtor. We met Fred when we asked to see one of his listed properties, and he responded on-the-fly to our requests to see a few others, some not his, nor from his agency. He asked that we open a buyer's agent contract, but did not press the point, respecting our wishes to remain independent of him. He meets and need all the requirement for his clients and he is so responsible and knowledgeable. We told Fred we were not ready to buy but wanted to explore the condo lifestyle. My wife loved the first condo he showed us so we asked Fred to represent us as buyers. Excellent realtor and great guy. We "took a break" from looking at houses for a few months. Fred was just as willing to help us as the first day we met him. Would recommend to anyone. We had to ask him for more business cards because we hand them out to anyone who asks about buying a house!
Fred was very professional in our experience of selling our home. He kept in constant contact with us on our showings and how we could create a better presentation to our house appeal. He keep us appraised on the local trends in the surrounding areas and whether to keep our price the same or to lower if necessary. We ended up getting the price we wanted and everything went smooth as silk. I would definitely recommend Fred to anyone ready to buy or sell their home.
Fred listed our home and the response was tremendous. Do to the photos and descriptions that he listed we had traffic jams in the driveway. The first, full price offer came on the third day. After the sale, Fred walked us through preparing the house for closing and the various inspections required. Fred was referred to us by someone that Fred had listed a similar home with similar results and I can not recommend Fred highly enough. Thanks Fred for everything that you did.

I recently purchased my first home through Fred Hall. In every instance, he was excellent in his responsiveness and local knowledge. I believe his negotiation skills were superior, too.
