Scam... they will add things to your loan without you knowing and then you sign for it. Afterwards, no one is willing to make it right. All they can offer is a refund for the extras they added (only some but not all). You are still stuck with full amount financed and they won’t change your payments. Your best bet is to NEVER finance with Toyota and ask to see every page you are signing for.
