I looked at another Toyota dealer in the area and got the run around, I walked out the door. A friend mine said I have friend at Fred Haas that will take care of you. So I called Joseph Salazar at Fred Haas and within an hour I was emailed quotes for 3 different trucks I was interested in. The next day I went to visit Joe and within 2 hours I was out the door with the truck I wanted. No haggle no run around. Service was over the top. Thanks Joe for a great car buying experience.

Since you asked, we had an extremely good experience when purchasing our car with Fahad Sajid, he worked so hard to make us feel comfortable, and to accommodate us. My wife recently had baby so is careful and more than methodical and Fahad was continually patient and upbeat. He even saved us some cookies, although that did not make the sale. We had a Prius and wanted an Suv, and I have always had such great service at Fred Haas Toyota World, that it made sense to get our next car there.
My experience was excellent as always and Fahd Sajid is an excellent sales person, I know exactly where to go when I get my next car for my Daughter. Zainab K.
