Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I will NEVER go back. Brought in my Sienna when I wanted to use my ($2900!) warranty (thought it would have to be done through a Toyota dealer to use Toyota warranty). Was told that I would have to wait until they did a diagnostic on my van (which would cost me $130) before they could allow me to use a loaner car (I have to pick up my kids from school everyday).
