I bought my 5th or 6th Toyota from Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring on December 31st. It has now been 25 days and they are still refusing to give me my equity check for my trade-in. That by law, they have 15 days to do. So, now I have to hire an attorney, file an emergency injunction, lien and stolen/unauthorized use of motor vehicle report. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman, Rene, was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. I see why he's received awards for exceptional costumer service for over 10 years in a row. I bought a new Corolla for 2k less then I expected to spend. Even after the sale, Rene has answered every text I've sent him. I highly recommend Fred Haas and Rene to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota.
