So today I spent the entire day texting a salesman to come to an agreement on price on a sequoia. After we agreed I get in my car and drive all the way there (40 minutes) only to have him call and say the car is not cleared for sale and I’m basically out of luck. It’s literally on their website??!!! That is the third completely terrible experience I have had there, the others involve my lease and later purchase of my 2017 Toyota which basically I had to tell them how to do.
