I recommend your sales guy Mike Hogan, he is excellent!!! This is the 3rd car we buy from this dealer, and Mike made it completely plain less. Usually go back and forth 4-5 times to get the deal done, but Mike got us the deal we need it in no time. He made us feel comfortable and took the anxiety out of buying a car. July 2020 we bought a 2017 Hyundai Tucson from Fred Haas Toyota, for my son. It had just over 38,000 miles on it. We checked for leaks, weird noises, test drove it and it ran perfectly. About 3 months later my son was driving down 1960 and the vehicle started shaking and knocking, the car stopped accelerating he had to pull over. I had done research for over a month on which car I wanted to buy. Visited multiple dealerships and test drove way too many cars. I walked in around 11 on a Sunday to test drive a Toyota Highlander. Do not use the Fred Haas Toyota World service department. They charged me $200+ in diagnostic fees even though they couldn't diagnose the problems (and didn't mention the fees when I originally made the service appointment). They wouldn't repair a known manufacturer's defect that is covered under a Toyota extended warranty (result of class action lawsuit) because the faulty latch wouldn't act up while they had the vehicle (which is typical of this problem, it's sporadic). They tried to pull a bait and switch on my FIL after he had a negotiated price in writing. My FIL put a deposit on a new truck they had to bring in for him from another location. When my FIL and husband went in tonight to pick up the truck, the man from finance - heavy set with a beard - was unprofessional, condescending and curt from the very start. He tried to increase the price by $1500. Complete waste of time and very disappointing. My FIL will take his business elsewhere. We just wish we would have read the Yelp reviews... read more
