PSA For anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle, do NOT go to Fred Haas Toyota World. **** **** ******** ****, endangered my son's life with a faulty vehicle & are now refusing to take responsibility & make the situation right. I attempted to soak with them many times & left multiple messages which were never returned. I finally restored to my law firm writing them to which they basically told us to get lost. I have contacted an attorney & we will be suing them now because of their refusal to do good safe business.

Back after Hurricane Harvey in 2017, my girlfriend and I were looking for a potential car for her, but nowhere near ready to buy something at the time. She and I went to Fred Haas Toyota World in Spring, TX to look at a 2018 CH-R. Drove the car, thought it was alright and then saw the payments were almost $450 a month for a 36 month lease. Around the 9th of December, I brought my vehicle to Fred Haas Toyota Spring because my tire pressure light was on. I purchased the tire hazard insurance when I bought my vehicle in October 2015. I look at the tires & notice a small nail in rear tire. After n hour wait, they told me my vehicle was fine, just the light came on due to the sudden change in the weather. Went there for a State Inspection, sign said they State Inspections closed at 5pm. Spoke to a service guy at 4:40pm and asked him about getting an inspection done. He said sorry we're closed. I said outside the sign said 5pm and he stated I would have of gotten here at 4pm.... Sign should reflect last appointment time.

I like the service of clerk n service in Fred hass is fantastic I love to go in there every time I m going over there from more than 2 yrs when I change oil in my car at Fred hass it make it smooth n excellent thank u for making my car service

We found it a bit unusual to be car shopping on a Sunday, but we spotted a vehicle online that we were really anxious to see ... interior and exterior colors, trim level and equipment were exactly what we wanted. Fred Haas has two Toyota stores in the Spring area, one closed on Saturday and open on Sunday. I had a wreck and was sent here thru my insurance. I was glad I stopped there first. Made my deal with Cristina Cedillo. We communicated online first and when I was ready I went in picked out my beautiful camry and drove off within a couple of hours. Wes Downey in financing was great. I also had a great time with Mrs. Renfroe. Cudos to all of you.

I wasted a perfectly good Sunday with these people. They told me that my loan was approved, and to come in out Sunday. All I would have to do is "sign the paperwork". I get there on Sunday, and after waiting for 45 minutes in the lobby, the loan is NOT approved. Nothing but leis, smoke and mirrors. These people use the same tricks that you would expect from a sleezy car dealership. Don't be fooled or waste your with them, you time and money is better spent elsewhere.
