I was a little disappointed on my first visit to this dealership. Dropped my ford focus off for an oil change. Before leaving I asked Matt if he could check my transmission. He didn't seem interested in the problem. All he said was that he would charge me to check it. Everyone, including the dealership knows these transmissions suck. I don't think I'll be taking my car back to them.
