everything was explained step-by-step. Was always asked if I understood and if I was willing to do it, this personality was very sweet and calm.
Dr. Chiu took ample time to explain what my MRI results meant in simple terms. He took the time to explain next steps for my treatment and steps that I could possibly expect in the future. His was kind, informative, and easy to talk to. During my epidural spinal injections, he was kind and upbeat, making any anxious thoughts I had prior to the procedure a non-issue.
