Had a great buying experience here. Bought two "new to us" cars last night. The process was smooth and efficient. Robbie in sales and Paul in finance are great people to deal with. Didn't meet the infamous Martin but I am sure he is a stand up guy. Corina Segletes and I love our 2012 Traverse and Cruze.
I bought 2 fully loaded silverado last year from Fred Caldwell and was looking for another vehicle for my wife today and boy do I love buying cars and today I was turned away as if they didn't even want to sale a car. I'm very disappointed guys.
Incredibly nice people and the car that I purchased is even nicer. I had some terrible experiences with my local dealerships and had to drive 1 1/2 hours to get to this dealership but it was definitely worth it, I'd drive back the next time I need a vehicle without hesitation.
