The older man showed up to my house and just stared at me. Im like can i help you? He was rude and said well are you Rick I said yeah he said we had an appt. At 9. I said thats right sortype about that I completely forgot. As I was taking him to show him what I wanted done I mention I usally get a call when they are their way. He replied very rude WELL IT DONT WORK THAT WAY. So as I can see we already started in wrong direction. So I told him to forget it about it! He was rude.

Poor at BEST thus far. Met for a estimate on a rental property roofing opportunity over 5 weeks ago. No response back. Placed up to FIVE phone calls back on any sort of status. Are you interested in the business, too busy, we can schedule you in during July? Not ONE return phone call. Finally on 5/29 I received a TEXT MESSAGE indicating that they would be out there next day weather permitting. Weather has been great.....no word back and no response. No phone call, no customer respect. Business must be good to turn down a 15K... read more
