My experience here was absolutely awful i m sat in the dealership for hours until I was able to finally get into do the paperwork for the vehicle I purchased. Besides the test drive absolutely nothing was explained or shown to me on how to use everything in the vehicle. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership after being told by the sales department that it came with a comprehensive 6-year warranty. That promise played a major role in my decision to buy. However, when I later needed service, I was informed that the warranty coverage I was promised didn’t exist. Even more troubling, the service department openly admitted that the sales team has made misleading or inaccurate claims to other potential buyers. Jillian Katona Sales Consultant would not answer her emails. She claims that she didn’t get your emails which is funny for 2025. I called her which she didn’t answer receptionist lady helped with connecting her and then she suddenly pulled up your emails. I guess she is selling a lot of cars.
Jillian was great at Fred Beans Lincoln and was very helpful with the purchase of our 2025 model, would strongly recommend seeking her out for your next purchase.
