I scheduled my vehicle for inspection, oil change and a service repair. Once the vehicle was dropped off, they told me there was a $200 diagnostic fee which is not credited, even if the repair is made. When the mega dealers have bought up all the small dealers, they think they can take advantage of the customer. I will go elsewhere where I can be treated honestly and with respect.
Worked with Matt F and he was great! No pressure, No intimidation and easy to communicate during the sales process. Very happy and pleased with him and the team at Fred Beans Chevy with this purchase.
Matt and Frank were very helpful during the entire buying process. I wanted one thing addressed on the Suburban I was buying and they took care of it immediately! Great buying experience overall!
