Short version: they told me my truck needed a full engine replacement for $15,700, in writing and verbally—right up until they found out I had a GM factory warranty. Then the story suddenly changed. Bring the car there with a problem leave the with the car with the same exact problem. Get told the manager will call me the next day about it as he wasn’t in when I picked up the car. Never got that call either. Highly do not recommend at all.
