2024 Cadillac Escalade, Sport Platinum This is strictly a review on the Cadillac/GMC service department. It’s a bit long but I wanted to leave an honest review. In April 2025 I had service on my vehicle and it was returned with grease prints everywhere. Zero care was taken to return my vehicle in the same condition I dropped it off. I can’t say enough things about the experience here at Fred beans Cadillac. James Roebuck, the managers, the service department. I came to James with an almost impossible situation and they were able to find the right vehicle and found the unicorn of a deal for me. Even with issues that came after the purchase.
