The most horrendous experience I ever encountered in my entire life. This dealership has listed a total of 16 Cadillac Escalde ESV's online. I call to purchase one and I am being told that none are available due to different GM compliance programs, then when moved to speak to a sales manager, that story has changed as there is a livery department that will allow you to purchase only if you buy more than one.
