I had a less than stellar experience with Sanford Toyota. I drove an hour to experience some small town customer service, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any. I put a deposit on a car that I was interested in buying. I had been texting my dealer for the next few days to let them know I was having trouble getting a mechanic to look at the car. Make sure to make an appt. They got my vehicle wrong, then told me to move my vehicle, then told me to bring it back. Could care less. The counter guys are indignant. Absolute waste of my time dealing with the counter people. I will no longer use this location. Unreal - also be very weary of them upselling to unsuspecting folks.
Super fast service! The staff were very helpful nice, and friendly. Especially Mr. Tripp and Mr. Randklev. I will ALWAYS do business with this dealership.
