I’m reaching out to share a concern regarding a third-party vendor operating inside your dealership, Nuvision Auto Glass. Just before Christmas, I accompanied my mother (who is 61 years old) to your dealership while she was looking at a Cadillac . During our visit, representatives from Nuvision Auto Glass approached her multiple times about her windshield. Excellent service department!! They’ll take care of you whether you own an older GM vehicle, or a newer one!! I appreciate their kindness and attentiveness to details as well! I scheduled an appointment a month in advance for a safety recall repair. When I booked it, they told me it would take about a month for them to order and receive the necessary part. I showed up on the scheduled day at 8:00 AM, as agreed. They said the service would take the whole day and that the shop closes at 6:00 PM. By 5 PM, I still hadn’t received any call or update from them. When I arrived around 6 PM, they simply told me that they didn’t even have the part and that no one had touched my car all day. The customer service here is lacking. I even tried to text message and email them people but got nothing. For the prices they charge, they need to improve their customer service GREATLY Update, still have not received a call.. the AI says They'll get back to you. But I've heard nothing but my mother got the bill and I got a problem with that bill somebody better call or somebody will be hearing from my Attorney !

Dear Fred Anderson, make it make sense. My car was brought in for a torque converter, then valve body, then motor mount, now all of a sudden it doesn't crank and stalls. So we fix an issue that was never an issue in 100k miles. All fixed and cash out my pocket, stalls again-this time it's a "fuse box", how do I now have electrical issues for a torque converter, thats like changing a tire and now it doesn't crank, the old hospital scenario-in with the flu-out with a broken leg....my service guy tyler-absolute 100% best guy in... read more
