Dear Fred Anderson, make it make sense. My car was brought in for a torque converter, then valve body, then motor mount, now all of a sudden it doesn't crank and stalls. So we fix an issue that was never an issue in 100k miles. All fixed and cash out my pocket, stalls again-this time it's a "fuse box", how do I now have electrical issues for a torque converter, thats like changing a tire and now it doesn't crank, the old hospital scenario-in with the flu-out with a broken leg....my service guy tyler-absolute 100% best guy in... read more

I’ve called for 3 days to speak with a manager. I’ve asked to have my call returned on each occasion - still no response. I live in Duncan so this dealership is convenient, but I’m BIG on customer service and this is ridiculous. I’m a business owner so I know reviews are important - good and bad! Do better!
If you’re looking to sell your car to them, don’t waste your time. We drove an hour to get here due to them offering us a good amount online however when we arrived they acted very dumbfounded for how that offer was as high as it was. In return for our long drive, they gave us a 5k less offer and told us due to car mileage they offered “what they could”. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from or sell to them.
