Went to their website last month looking for a quote for my lawn. I gave them my number, my email and my home address and still haven't heard from them at all. Becareful giving them your information.
Deeply disappointed in the customer service we recieved. After following the instructions of the lawn care advisor carefully, our lawn continued to be riddled with weeds, mushrooms and patchy areas. While some of this could be environmental, the approach to general customer service was abhorrent. Emails with pictures of the problem went unanswered, and the company continues to follow up with promotions despite asking communication to end. Would not recommend.
We have had multiple techs come to our property. But Steve has gone above and beyond for myself and my husband he is knowledgeable kind and attentive to all our concerns, he is kind polite even when i was yelling at him about the poor service he remained calm.Thank you Steve you made this the best summer we have ever had in our back yard..
So today I was sitting in my back yard when a tech came to spray for mosquitoes in a neighbors property.. Now , I like to mind my own business but in this case I need to say something.. The tech showed up and began to spray when the wife came out absolutely pissed off screaming and yelling at the poor man for doing his job. I heard the whole interaction and not once did this tech get mad or upset while being screamed at over miscommunication with her husband.. he remained calm and told the wife that he was there to do a job ... read more
We are in our second year with Frechette Lawncare and the improvement in the health of our lawn is very noticable. Our Technical (Connor) is very knowledgable and friendly. He calls or emails ahead of each visit and answers any questions I have while he is onsite. Very pleased with the progress so far with our lawn.
