I am a very thankful and VERY pleased client of Frechette Lawncare . They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. My lawn continues to improve every season! I also ordered the Firestorm Ice Melter and expected the delivery this Friday.... I was pleasantly surprised to come home today and it had been delivered!!! They went out of their way to ensure it was delivered prior to a winter storm! That demonstrates the dedication they have to their clients! The entire team is always a pleasure to deal with!
We had Fr. Lawncare service our lawn, and it has been such a disappointment; we paid for weed control and at the end of the season we got more weeds than before. A lady at the office was very unprofessional, when my wife called to express our dissatisfaction with the weed control, she told her to go and find an other company. We will not recommend this company services and it so sad to experience such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior in Canada. P.S. I had to give one star because Google software made me. Back in July I had my lawn sprayed for Grub control. By the end end of September and going into October I noticed dead patches in my grass. Had to rent a rototiller and low and behold grubs were found in my lawn. Emailed them for a refund but the response I got was they are limited in terms of the products they have at their disposal here in Ontario and cannot provide any guarantees for this service.
