The eye doctors are amazing here. I have been a patient off and on since the 80's and have never had an issue until recently. Their front office staff is in dire need of customer service training. When someone asks to speak to a manager, you get them a manager, you don't sit in silence on the other end of the line.

Linda was awesome but as far as one of her employers and their actions I would rate this office a 1. Sad when your treated so badly you feel so uncomfortable you don't even want to return to pick your glasses up & have to have them mailed to you. Violating the hippa law & everything. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone who has toddlers with them at the time of the appointment.
