The owner had a very toxic and unfriendly, non customer service demeanor, 4 hours for a fill in and basic French manicure. The shop was dirty and very dusty. Owner used profanity and was talking negatively about one of her staff in front of customers which included a child. Prices are ridiculously high. All of this overrides the 100% inspection certificate on the wall and the quality of the nail art she created in my mind. The first time I went there the owner Asleep decided d my nails on Oct 25 and they lasted three months! She gave me the designs! I went back and one of her employees did mine today and they’re beautiful again. This was Earolyn , and the other employee was Keshawn who happened to know my knee baby son. There was a nice lady named Natalie who helped to help me enjoy myself with the ladies! I highly recommended this nail palace as it is definitely fit for a Queen💙🔥💙🔥
I came here to get my nails done for an event I was attending. The area of the busy is very outdated. The wait time was longer than normal due to it only being two people. They are black owned. The girl who did my nails was nice and I had just watched her put another girl nail art together. So I’m not understanding why she looked stressed about doing a dip overlay.
