Never Again! – I trusted them to do a great job on a custom door mat for a present. What I got was a commercial mat with a homemade name in the middle out of a piece of shet metal. I paid up front 200.00 and was so disappointed that I could not give it as a gift. It was tacky and looked cheap. The name was not even centered. They refunded 1/2 of my money, now I have a piece of junk for 100.00. Do not trust them to do custom work. And by no means, never pay them up front. The worst item I have ever paid for.
