The PT that my husband received was great, but the billing system is horrible! He had shoulder surgery in August of 2016, we went on a payment plan to pay for his therapy...payed faithfully every month and in spite of that and because of the outlandish billing system and lack of communication between offices and departments, we have over paid and were turned over to a collection agency when we had 2 or 3 payments left to make. We have left repeated messages with our billing contact and have had no return calls.
