Dr Frazier has a tendency to run a bit behind and normally that wouldn't get a 5 star rating, until it's you that is getting the explanation for every question about your symptoms, diagnosis, treatment plan, and recommendations you can come up with. Great doc who sees treatment as a partnership.
- Everytime they say I have a balance due, even though on every visit I pay my copay in full - Never return calls from pharmacy for refills, and if you call you have to leave a msg which is never returned - 2nd visit they left me in the treatment room for 45 mins, until someone came in and wondered why I was there - 4th visit, sat in the waiting room for an hour after checkin. Asked them how long and they had lost my checkin and forgotten me. New hassle EVERY time. Horribly run. Still in pain.
Doctors: 5 stars! Dr. Frazier is THE BEST doctor I've seen for pain management and I've dealt with major back issues for 16 years and seen many doctors. He is really cares about his patients, is patient and explanatory. Office: 3 stars. They have messed up my prescriptions multiple times and seem disorganized at times. Average compared to other offices. Wait times: 4 stars. My wait times haven't been that long, comparatively. Choose between quality time vs. short wait times. I pick quality time
Dr. Frazier is an excellent physician with a genuine concern and care for his patients. I love Morgan, Billie and Claudia. Him and his staff are down to earth caring providers.

Dr Frazier is a great physician. He is very knowledgeable and caring. He takes time to listen and explain everything. I saw him in 2001 for a herniated disc that left me in excruciating pain, unable to sit upright. He got me feeling better after one injection. I am currently seeing him again for CRPS. I trust him completely.
Frazier is an excellent Doctor. He is willing to think out of the box when it is necessary. He is a good listener and communicator. I highly recommend him and his staff. They are good people and willing fix any mistakes that might happen. I believe you will find Dr. Frazier a very compassionate and knowledgeable nice doctor.
