Dr Frazier was so gentle and kind. He took the time to REALLY listen. I truly appreciated his expertise.

Dr. Frazier is very friendly. It is easy to discuss your problems with him. He listens.
Dr Frazier has one the best bedside manners I’ve ever encountered. He takes as much time as I need to answer every question I have in a thorough fashion. He speaks to me as if I am just as intelligent as he is. From his manner it is quite clear that he is liking for the best solution for my issues NOT the most lucrative. Very discriminating doctor. And will add crazy stuff that never happened on your medical record to mess you up
First off, the office staff, nurses, assistants and Dr. Fraizer are outstanding in their 'bedside' manner. Everything was explained to me at each step along the way without condescension from anyone. I was treated as a valuable person. This was my first visit. By nature, these appointments tend to run longer than follow ups. All in all, I was there for over 2 hours and that was disappointing. I have been a patient for 10+ years. However, now I may have to change doctors. I spoke to Jared in Billing on 8/14 and he is a menace. He should not be allowed to speak to patients. Due to his rudeness, I will have to search for another doctor. That is not the kind of "care" I need.
Took my mother to her appointment and Dr Frazier had still not shown after almost 2 hours. Really disrespectful towards my mother. Really hard situation on my wheelchair bound mother. Staff never said a word to us. It was just a really bad situation. In my opinion these people could careless about the patients.
