This company installed my HVAC unit & didn't connect the fill pan sensor. My home flooded due to this. The unit froze up then thawed & because the fill pan sensor was never connected via electric wiring it flooded my home, via the ceilings, down the walls, into the floors, which led to my home forming mold & we had to move out into a hotel for 3 months for mold remediation! NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY WORST HVAC COMPANY EVER! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
