nothing fast about this place! customer service is horrible. the owner likes to use profanity to his oh so unimportant customers! can i also add that their ppl put so many holes in our hitch that the insurance company may not insure because of their employees!

I still have a voicemail I kept with the service person stating to the GM that I was a dick. The service rep had accidentally called me during their conversation. Sad and outrageously unprofessional. After leaving Terry Frazier’s I went to Adventure RV and had a great experience.
Best price for our travel trailer over 7 states. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. They made this transaction a piece of cake, even when dealing with us five states away.
Wow! WOW!. I am so happy we found Terr Frazer's business online (RV Trader). I have been looking to upgrade our Toy Hauler for many, many months. I have found many rigs that were great but I have not found as many dealers or folks that are as pleasant to deal with as the experience we had with Ron, Amanda, Terry, Terry and all the great folks who work here.
