Dishonest, Owner is disrespectful to customers... Worst experience ever!
We gave them $1,000 to hold a camper we wanted to buy because we wouldn't be able to be there for a week. They said they would hold it for us. A few days before we could be there to close the deal, they called and said someone else in the office had sold it on Ebay. We looked it up on Ebay and saw that they sold it for less money than we were going to pay with only a $500 deposit.

Bought a brand new grand design fifth wheel five days ago from Terry Frazier rv. Tried to put one awning out today and it hits the slide out. So it cannot be used. The light above the the outside door will not work as well as the light on the back half of the camper does not work. We called this morning and told them the two problems. I bought a grand design solitude here. Survive was terrible. Rude. When they did do service, I needed to take it elsewhere. They put on a ceiling panel that didn’t match, on a new camper.
After sales service us nonexistent.. Would never buy anything from this business
