Amazing beer selection, fair prices, great history, plenty of room and warm atmosphere!
Fantastically-authentic tavern with an amazing selection of craft brews, whiskeys and cocktails. Although we didn't dine, the food looks (and smells) amazing! Hey, if it was good enough for General George Washington and his troops...
I would highly recommend this place to try their huge selection of Beers and Whiskey. The atmosphere is historic and definitely a great place to hangout for a few drinks or food after work. The truffle fries are to die for :)
The ruben was delicious and the fries were outstanding I would try and see if they can be ordered together as an option. The beer selection was huge and the general atmosphere of the place was rustic and authentic. I would recommend it to anyone who has an interest in beer.
First time as an adult in the big Apple, won't be the last time! A taste of early New York, a site easily missed, but for those who like history a must.
