Awful experience…. Slowwwwwww….. Hot….. Totally unorganized
Fratelli’s Avalon has been our favorite go to for over two years as year round residents. Only open seasonally in the summer and placed our first order for the year. Polpette meatball app only 2 instead of 3 and not the same quality, barely any ricotta. Cheesesteak was not a cheesesteak, dry beef with very little cheese and no onions or peppers on a weird pizza dough flatbread, not a roll. Called to ask about changes in menu that do not match online descriptions, hung up on. Guess we’re done with Fratelli’s AV, sad ☹️
The pizza was disgusting. Swimming in grease and way too salty. Steak hoagie was dry and nothing good about it. I wasted $45 on food we threw out.
We ate here for lunch it was great along with the service. We got the plain pizza and the spicy chicken pizza. It was crispy and delicious. wish it was open all year round
