My husband and I have had the pleasure of eating here several times in the last 15 years. It has always been a wonderful and delicious experience. Since the renovations the food has gotten significantly better, which I can't believe is even possible, and the service and the atmosphere is significantly better. If you are in the Finger Lakes, I highly recommend you stop in for some amazing food. I guarantee you will be happy with the food and you will be going away with leftovers
Never ever again will we go there... Food good service good. Third partner rude and arrogant.�����don,t know his name..he v is overweight. Grossly..and cannot deal with customers. Sadly Fratellis and its owner David clearly does not understand the severity of representing an item on the menu as gluten free when the eggplant that was under the sauce and mozzarella cheese was clearly breaded. Instead of giving a sincere apology he blamed the waitress for not telling me it could not include the eggplant. Terrible!! Seems like the kitchen is in need of some form of training.
Mother's Day dinner. I ordered the broiled haddock with a side of pasta, the haddock and pasta were way over cooked. My boyfriend ordered the chicken Parmesan with a salad, the salad was slimy, the chicken was about 1/8 inch thick and the rest was breading. The waitress never stopped to see how things were. When she came to pick up plates we told her how bad it was and we were offered free desert. How about the 2 pricey meals that were horrible and we still had to pay for. The hole experience was awful!!
If there was 10 stars I will give it .. this place is amazing... food is excellent....veal saltimbocca and chicken marsala to die for.. beyond the friendly staff and fast service.. we were out the place in one hour..
Excellent chicken parm . First time there with family. The portions were huge , the pasta al dente , the chicken parm tender, juicy , lightly breaded , and the rich red sauce was wonderful . We could not have asked for a better meal all the way around . Friendly service, but was very disappointed in my food. I had the Cacciuco. The clams were overcooked to the texture of rubber, but even worse, the crab meat, was that imitation fake stuff, which contains zero crab, and the house wine was Franzia, cheap boxed wine. At 25 bucks a plate, I expected better.
The tripe is amazing! Service was ok but they were a little busy so it's expected! Would definitely come back!
