Some great service and some not so great service I have gone to Fratellis and eaten inside and had great service and great food. All it takes though is one bad experience. My grandmother was in the hospital and the family was preparing to take her off life support. I was going to bring take out to the family and I called at to have a menu faxed to me. The person who answered the phone was very rude. I then waited an hour for the fax, called back and was told that they were "very busy." They finally faxed my menu to me 6 hour... read more
Yum Fratellis is great Italian food. My family goes there frequently. While it is unassuming on the outside the inside is tastefully decorated - almost like you're in a little Italian restaurant. The menu has everything on it - it is also very child friendly. If you're ever in Avon, this is a must!
Party of 4 for dinner last night it was my anniversary have been a few times before it was great BUT not last night the food and drinks were overpriced and the service was not very good considering the cost of everything will not return again!!!!!
What happened to this place? It used to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Livingston County, sadly not anymore. They changed the menu for one and the prices has sky rocketed. I understand the increase because of COVID but who pays $50 for a NY strip. The chicken dinners now do not come with pasta....what? You can get it but forget your salad. RecommendedIt had been awhile since our last visit to Fratellis and we are just wondering WHY we waited so long! The food was DELICIOUS!!! The bread, omg, to die for! Wonderful drinks, great service! We were totally bombed after driving to drop our kid at SUNY Geneseo, and wanted something delicious and filling. Came here as most of us wanted Italian, and were lovingly taken care of by Dottie, who was literally doting on us, what a great lady! We had a variety of dishes-chicken Francese, chicken Parm, cacciucco, penne a la vodka, garlic bread with cheese, and it was al very good. We left relaxed, full and very happy!
