Flawless company with great communication. After each service you receive an email with all details of the clean and pictures. Highly Recommend
I experienced several issues with Fratelli Pool Service and the assigned cleaning person. I reported these problems to the company, but no corrective action was taken. After the incident, the same unprofessional individual continued to be assigned, which clearly shows the company does not prioritize quality of service. The cleaner remained negligent, leaving the pool in poor condition, and the situation only improved after I contacted the owner directly. They were so helpful!! They were responsive with reasonable prices, and went out of their way to help us get pool lights repaired even during the busy holiday season. They were honest and kept us informed throughout the process when unexpected issues arose, and they were able to resolve the issues. I will be reaching out to them again in the future, I highly recommend their services!
