I visited your restaurant today, and unfortunately, the way your staff treated me was very rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I was disappointed by the experience and did not feel welcomed. I kindly ask that this incident be reviewed and that greater attention be given to customer service. I hope no other customer has to experience the same treatment. Thank you.

Good was amazing, definitely recommend coming 10/10 as you can see I ate everything on my plate.
Manager/Owner answered the takeout window aggressively telling us to not order uber take out and that we’re “killing his business” then walked away immediately. Maybe don’t greet your local customers in that manner?? If uber take out orders are so un profitable then MAYBE remove your business from the platform??? However — the appropriate response is NOT to berate your customers and greet them with hostility especially when they just spent money at your business?
