We have lived here for 13 years and find it a very well run building. The superintendent and all the cleaning staff do an excellent job of keeping the building clean. Ranka the on-site manager is very helpful and looks after any problems you have in a timely manner. A great building to call home.
Horrible property maintenance, my car was damaged by giant pot holes entering there plaza! Negligence and lack of concern for safety at there property’s !
Ranka, What an insulting person, Watch out for this one, ask for repairs in writing, and she tosses the documents right back in your face. NO accountable for anything here. Insulting and will just yell at you to take it up with her main office. Be careful with this company. Very poor internal management. Two face management company.
Nothing special in asking for help from this service. Requests made, and answers given for next year. Said the would return calls, never did.
