I spent 8 months growing my hair out. I told them that 3 times. I just wanted my back and around my ears trimmed up. I wanted the top left long it took me 8 months to grow it. I made it very clear. The cut the top down to about 3 inches. Cut 5 inches off and only kept my bangs long. They even cut 3 inches of those. They had me facing the wall the whole time so I couldn't see what they were cutting off. They butchered my hair now I have to wait 8 months to grow it out again.
