We had a breakdown with our truck and 5th wheel and needed a place to park our unit while our truck was fixed. Our unit is not a fraserway brand but Wade listened to our tale of woe and let us park our trailer overnight on their lot. We can't say enough about how caring and respectful Wade and his team were. Will always tell other RVers about our fantastic experience
Christian was fantastic!!! Had the unit ready and waiting for us full of water and powered up for our walk through. Clearly communicated issues that they had found when they inspected the unit when they received it. Cheryl communicated amazingly with us for our pickup day and time. In all a good purchase experience
I had a wide range of work done on my trailer recently and it was completed quickly and the price was lower than originally quoted. They repaired the hot water heater, serviced the air conditioner, replaced both slide toppers and resealed the roof. I was in and out in 3 days which is pretty quick considering they had to order parts. Everyone in the service and part department was pleased and helpful. It was a great experience.
Traveling through Kamloops, needed help with our motorhome. Not only did they help us get going. There was no charge for their help. Thank you very much!!! It is appreciated.
