We just bought a fantastic RV from Fraserway RV in Kamloops! We are so excited! They are the only ones that had the style of RV we were looking for and it is practically new -- in wonderful condition. Both Rick and Cheryl were so helpful throughout the whole process -- Cheryl even found a way to get us an extended warranty for a fantastic price! I highly recommend doing your RV shopping there!
Christian our salesman was great. A real down to earth and humble guy. The rest of the staff were also very personable and helpful as we walked through the process together to purchase our first trailer. We didn't feel pressured, but instead supported.
We purchased our motorhome here, and have brought it back a few times for maintenance and one repair. Wade and crew are honest about what is and isn't needed, don't try to upsell, and the job is done well. Had our motorhome roof recaulked and asked them to check the side caulking and they re-did some but were honest that not every seam needed to be redone. I trust them.
Rick and all of the staff at Fraserway RV in Kamloops were awesome to deal with, excellent service. Highly recommend Fraserway RV in Kamloops.
