Fraserway’s answer to legitimate concerns is to ignore you even if the issues are warranty items and well within their legal responsibility. In fact, Fraserway responded to my BBB complaint by indicating they will no longer communicate with me because I am going to post my issues on YouTube!! Avoid this business at every oportunity!
